Access to justice is not only a cherished value, but also a guaranteed fundamental right. In its
broader sense, it implies the ability of people to seek and obtain remedy and redressal through
formal or informal institutions of justice, in compliance with human rights standards. However, this
access to justice is often beyond the reach of the common man. This could be due to lack of
awareness, financial incapability, educational backwardness and various other reasons. It is our
endeavour, at PeRGo, to help the disadvantaged in gaining appropriate access to justice by law, in
case of need.
