The member of PeRGO was invited by the research scholars association of HPU Shimla to deliver a lecture on the
issue of the constitutional validity of the appointment of Chief Parliamentary Secretaries. The event was
attended by more than 100 students and research scholars from Himachal Pradesh University Shimla and the
event also witnessed the exchange of thought-provoking ideas on the subject.
